Mini-update about Prima

Happy Friday!

When I joined the team in March I gave you a glimpse of all the good stuff I was going to get started working on. Lots done, and lots still go to-- thank you so much for rolling with me through some of our growing pains!

One of the loudest pieces of feedback I heard from our customers was that they really missed the old rewards program that gave them perks and cash back on all their Prima orders.

Today we're rolling out a new rewards program! What does this mean?

You get 5 points for every $1 spent on our site
There are also lots of other ways to earn points besides just shopping: recycle your Prima product packaging, refer a friend who can get $10 off their order, keep up with our Instagram posts, and many more to come. (Psst! Very open to your ideas here!)
Every 100 points = $5 off your Prima order. You can also cash in points for fun perks... like a spa day on us!

All you have to do is sign up or sign in here, or click the "Self-Care Club" module on the lower right hand corner of our website. It's there for you 24-7.

If you participated in our old rewards program, I know you may be lamenting all those old points that disappeared when the rewards program did. There's no way for me to know exactly how many points each and every customer had, but I went ahead and inserted a healthy balance into your points account if you were a member of our old program. I hope this gesture helps! (If you're not seeing that or having trouble finding it, reply to this email and we'll help you out.)
