In my twenties, my skin care routine was a bar of mineral soap, a clean diet, and youth. In my late thirties, I started to notice changes that felt like signs of accelerated aging and dulling. I realized this was probably because I wasn’t tending to my largest organ (skin) in the ways that I was tending to my other organs – with excitement, nourishment, mushrooms, adaptogens, vitamins, minerals and good fats.
