However, the spending package includes language that would redefine the legality of hemp, an action that could impact the legality of many of the Lazarus Naturals products you enjoy. If passed, this language would set a 1-year timeline, after which point the change would take effect.

Fortunately, an amendment has been proposed to strike this hemp-killing language from any final bill. We need your help to put pressure on your representatives in Washington DC to pass this amendment and help save the hemp industry.

Here's what you can do:

1) Send an email to your Senator. This link has done most of the work for you.

2) Call your Senator and ask them to support Senator Rand Paul’s amendment to remove hemp-killing language from the proposed minibus. Call 202.224.3121 TODAY and ask for your Senators’ offices. If you don’t know who your Senators are, the operator will tell you and connect you.

Once connected, here’s a message you can leave your Senator:

"Hello, my name is [Your Name] from [Your City/State]. I’m calling to ask Senator [Name] to support Senator Rand Paul’s amendment to strike hemp banning language from the proposed minibus. Hemp supports farmers, jobs, and small businesses in our state and across the country. Thank you for representing our interests and for your leadership on this issue."

3) Share the message. Forward this email, share the Hemp Roundtable link on social media, and get the word out. We need as many people as possible contacting their Senators.

It only takes a few seconds, but your voice matters. This battle is is bigger than just business; it’s about protecting a legal, responsible hemp industry that provides safe and accessible options for adults nationwide.
