We’ve been fans of Fly By Jing since their beginnings in 2018. Their founder, Jing, was inspired by the amazing Sichuan flavors of her hometown, Chengdu, and its famous fly restaurants — soulful hole-in-the-wall eateries so good they attracted diners like flies.
