Plus, we added new perks and updated the tiers to give you even more ways to benefit, including the ability to combine your loyalty rewards with promotions! 🤩 Keep reading to learn more.

COMMUNITY REWARDS

Have questions? We have answers! Here are some key things to know:

🌟 Do I still have the points I already earned?

Yes! just log in and check your balance on the new rewards page.

🌟 Do I stay in my tier?

Yes! You are in the same or equivalent level of your previous tier. So if you were a Jade member you are now a Pearl member. *Tier updates for Emerald members will be complete next week so if you are not in the correct tier, check back next Wednesday or feel free to reach out to the team!

What's new: better perks!

🌟 Are my rewards still valid?

Yes! All previous reward codes can be found in an email sent to you upon redemption and are still valid if unused.

What's new: Once points are redeemed for rewards you have 6 months to use the unique code toward a purchase - but don't worry, we'll be sure to remind you so you don't miss out!

If you need any assistance with your Community Rewards account please don't hesitate to reach out to hello@hautehijab.com.
