*From October 1 – December 2, 2025 (earning period) each qualifying transaction that includes $20 or more of eligible The Children’s Place, Gymboree, Sugar & Jade and PJ Place branded merchandise made at a participating store in U.S. or Puerto Rico, online at childrensplace.com or gymboree.com or on The Children’s Place, Inc. official mobile apps is eligible to earn a $10 PLACE Bucks coupon. If a qualifying transaction is made online or via the apps, order must be shipped within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. To qualify for issuance of PLACE Bucks, a single transaction must include $20 or more of eligible merchandise. Qualifying purchase amount is the transaction total for eligible merchandise and gift wrap products after any coupons or other discounts are applied, and minus any returns, refunds or credit adjustments, and does NOT include taxes, shipping, purchases of gift cards. There is no limit to the number of coupons you can earn during the promotion period. Separate transactions may not be combined to meet $20 threshold. $10 OFF $30+ PLACE BUCKS COUPON

Valid on qualifying transaction that includes $30 or more of eligible The Children’s Place, Gymboree, Sugar & Jade and PJ Place branded merchandise only at participating stores in U.S. or Puerto Rico, online at childrensplace.com or gymboree.com or on The Children’s Place, Inc. official mobile apps only. Valid on qualifying orders shipped within the U.S. and Puerto Rico only. Qualifying purchase amount is the transaction total for eligible merchandise and gift wrap products after any coupons or other discounts are applied, and minus any returns, refunds or credit adjustments, and does NOT include taxes, shipping, purchases of gift cards or clearance items. PLACE Bucks will be applied as a percentage discount on each eligible item in your transaction but will appear as a dollar amount applied. In a single transaction, you may redeem one (1) $10 PLACE Bucks coupon per $30 spent on eligible merchandise (i.e. two (2) $10 PLACE Bucks may be used on a single transaction that includes $60 in eligible merchandise), net of gift card purchases, applicable discounts or promotions and before applicable taxes and shipping fees are applied, but you may only redeem up to twelve (12) PLACE Bucks coupons per transaction. Cannot be combined with other offers except My Place Rewards Certificates, My Place Rewards Discounts (“MPR Discounts”) (up to a maximum MPR Discount of $50 per day) and/or up to eleven (11) PLACE Bucks coupons. Returns and exchanges are subject to discount taken at time of redemption. If you elect to return any eligible merchandise from a transaction that qualified for PLACE Bucks, the transaction total of eligible merchandise will be re-evaluated and PLACE Bucks will be adjusted or voided. PLACE Bucks coupons cannot be applied to previous purchases. You will receive the price paid (after the discount) on all returned or exchanged merchandise. Transactions involving PLACE Bucks do not qualify for price adjustments. PLACE Bucks will not be re-issued if lost, stolen, corrupted or destroyed or with return/refund of merchandise. U.S. LIMITED TIME STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY 

Valid for a limited time. Free Standard Shipping will automatically be applied to all eligible merchandise orders totaling $30 or more shipping to one address only. Valid only on merchandise orders placed online at childrensplace.com, gymboree.com and on The Children’s Place, Inc. official mobile apps. Valid only on qualifying orders shipped to a street address in the contiguous U.S. or U.S. Territories, a PO Box address in the contiguous U.S. or a U.S. PO Box (but not a street address) in the following areas: APO/FPO, AK, HI and some rural areas. Not valid on any Express or Rush Shipping service. Not valid on merchandise purchased through third party sellers. Eligible purchase amount is the transaction total for merchandise and gift-wrap products after any coupons or other discounts, and does NOT include taxes, shipping costs or purchases of gift cards. For all merchandise and gift-wrap product orders totaling less than $30 (excluding taxes, shipping costs, purchases of gift cards and promotional discounts), a $6.99 Flat-Rate Standard Shipping Fee (plus any applicable taxes) will be applied to orders shipped via Standard Shipping.
