Cooking for the people I love is one of the most grounding and joyful parts of my life, so it’s no surprise that collaborating with the chefs at goop kitchen is one of my favorite parts of my job. I get to do things like obsess over the perfect turkey burger and share the recipe for Brad's favorite summer salad. Most recently, we teamed up with Stanford neuroscientist Andrew Huberman on an elevated, protein- and fiber-rich chili, which is perfectly balanced to meet his preferred bean-to-meat ratio (yes, that's a thing).
Exploring ways to make dishes that both nourish and delight is something I'll never get tired of. So this week, I’m excited to share a guide from chef Kim—our incredible Michelin-trained chef—who gave us her favorite pantry staples and essential tools for home cooks.
