Founded by Women. Built on Standards. Yanghee Paik - CEO & Co-Founder. To kick off Women’s History Month, we sat down with Co-Founder and CEO Yanghee Paik to reflect on how Rael began and continues to grow with purpose.

ENTREPRENISTA 100 AWARD WINNER. Yanghee was recently named Innovator of the Year among the 2025 Entreprenista 100 Top Honorees. Q: What does this recognition mean to you? A: “It’s incredibly meaningful. Entrepreneurship in women’s health can be isolating, so being recognized alongside other female founders is both validating and energizing. It motivates me to keep raising the standard in this space.” Learn More.

Continuing to Innovate. Q: How do you innovate while staying true to your mission? A; “We innovate with intention. Every product must solve a real need across a woman’s cycle while remaining clean, effective, and transparent. Our Korea-based innovation hub allows us to tap into advanced skincare and wellness technology, thoughtfully adapted for everyday use. Our mission of holistic cycle care remains our north star as we grow.” Our Product Development Lab in Korea. Learn More.

Purpose at the Core. Rael began with a belief that women deserve better. That belief continues to guide everything we create. Next week, we’ll spotlight more Rael leaders in honor of International Women’s Day. Shop Holistic Cycle Care
