Hi, it’s Eva.
If maude has taught us anything, it’s that intimacy does not or should not behave seasonally. It does not open on the 14th and close on the 15th. It does not require a reservation. It does not need helium.
It does, however, change with the seasons and like any part of health, requires a bit of planning and an integrated approach.
A few things from our side of the desk.
Winter Kits: Corner Office & Alpine Moderne
Two moods. Same objective. **Actually seasonal.
Corner Office Kit
1978, a corner office in winter. Venetian blinds optional.
Amber, cedar leaf, lemongrass, tonka bean and Medjool date.
Explore Corner Office.
1972 in the Alps. Air that feels crisp and close at the same time.
Pink pepper, Gurjun balsam, California lemon and Virginian cedarwood.
And a note: this is the final run of scent no. 2. When Alpine Moderne is gone, it’s gone.
Shop Alpine Moderne before it leaves.
February 15 and beyond, reconsidered
We wrote about this on The Maudern. The day after Valentine’s is actually the hero of the year (reservations are easy to get, chocolate is on sale). Moreover, year-round, intimacy does not expire at midnight. The benefits do not vanish. So, for your consideration, a few recent reads to take you beyond:
- Why February 15 (and any random Tuesday) might be the real holiday.
- Why we crave closeness in the colder months.
- Lifestyle triggers that may be impacting your libido.
- Is sex the secret to better sleep?
Build your ritual
If February was a headline, March is the fine print. The Ritual Builder is there to help you create something sustainable.
No grand gestures required. Just good habits.
Final weeks of WUTHERING HEIGHTS
We’re in the last stretch of our partnership with "WUTHERING HEIGHTS". The moors remain moody. The Come Undone Kit remains evocative.
If you’ve been meaning to explore it, consider this your nudge before it drifts back into the fog.
From our small team to you, thank you for being here in February, almost March, and the extremely unglamorous winter in-between.

P.S. In honor of BHM (and a perfect stay-in list for these last cold few weeks), a roundup of our favorite films about Black love.
