In 2026, we completed our fourth summer of FC Cincinnati Summer Camps, and thanks to the amazing work of our Soccer in the Community team, it was our most successful season yet! From June 1 to August 7, we hosted 18 camps at 14 locations across Greater Cincinnati.
Our goal is to offer camps in as many locations as possible, so all kids have the opportunity to participate. With FCC fans across the entire city, it is important that everyone has access. Two of our most exciting locations are TQL Stadium and the Mercy Health Training Center, where kids can experience where the professionals play.
A record 1,375 kids participated this summer, demonstrating the growing popularity of FCC throughout the city. We coach boys and girls ages 5 through teenagers preparing for high school seasons, with options for all skill levels.
Our top priority is providing every participant with a fun, safe experience. We take pride in developing our camp coaching staff and ensuring every coach understands their responsibility to create a positive environment. It is incredibly rewarding to see so many young people in our community passionate about soccer and FC Cincinnati!
We also continued our work with FC Cincinnati Foundation mini pitches. In 2026, we opened pitches in Milford (Riverside Park) and Newport (Bernadette Watkins Park), with our third of the year opening in September at Springdale Community Center. Springdale will be our 14th opening since 2019.
By summer 2027, our goal is 20 active mini pitches, providing safe, accessible spaces for soccer players of all ages across local neighborhoods and communities.
