Eligible Customers that redeem the Offer will receive, subject to these terms (the “Offer Benefit(s)”): up to $30.00 off one (1) IMAX format movie ticket (taxes or fees may be excluded) for the Offer Titles on Fandango. Delivery of Offer Benefit(s) may differ based on redemption method. Offer Title(s): any movie showing in IMAX format as available on Fandango. Eligible Customers: new customers (no active FanClub membership at the time) that subscribe to a Qualifying Membership during the Offer Period (“New Member(s)”) only. Qualifying Membership: either (i) an annual ($99.00 + tax/year) or monthly ($9.99 + tax/month) FanClub membership subscribed through Fandango.com/fanclub; or (ii) a monthly FanClub membership added to a Qualifying Ticket Purchase with a seven (7)-day free trial, after which paid membership begins at $9.99 + tax/month. Customers who have previously received a free trial of a FanClub membership are not eligible for another free trial until 365 days after the end of their prior free trial.
