This month, we’re sharing our biggest announcement yet:
The Elysium Longevity Institute, a physician-led platform for personalized longevity
medicine—and you’re invited to secure your spot on the waitlist. Also in this issue: a pivotal new pilot study from Elysium in collaboration with other researchers found that raising NAD+ with
Basis eased some of the most disruptive symptoms of perimenopause—hot flashes, bloating, and disrupted sleep. Plus,
Allure recommends
Basis,
Mosaic, and
Cofactor;
The Strategist names
Basis an essential part of their supplement routine; and Elysium experts discuss emerging biological age research at
Stanford’s Healthy Aging 2026 conference.

| Allure recently explored a review of
clinical data regarding collagen efficacy, then spoke to board-certified dermatologist Dr. Daniel Belkin on the subject. Dr. Belkin highlighted Elysium’s research-backed approach, which gave him the confidence to recommend our products to his patients—and use them himself. His personal daily routine includes
Basis for NAD+ and
Mosaic for collagen support. And he recently began using
Cofactor, after seeing his patients' success.
“My patients are telling me this is helping them,” he said.
“Let me try it.”

Answering the tough questions at Stanford’s Healthy Aging 2026
|
|
|
|
|
At Stanford’s Healthy Aging conference, Elysium’s Director of Bioinformatics, Rafael Valentin, Ph.D., and Elysium Advisory Board member
Michael Fredericson, M.D., tackled a major question: Can we reverse biological aging? Dr. Valentin shared data proving that while chronological age marches on, targeted supplementation can actively reduce the rate of biological aging. In a forthcoming Elysium study, healthy participants taking an NAD+ precursor experienced a decrease in biological age progression compared to those who didn't.* As Dr. Valentin noted,
“Not only do we have evidence that you can reverse the effects of aging, but we can even help healthy people reduce it.”

Could NAD+ ease the symptoms of perimenopause?
|
|
|
|
|
A
new pilot study from researchers at Elysium Health, Emory University, and the University of South Alabama suggests a non-hormonal path for perimenopause. After just seven days taking
Basis (250 mg nicotinamide riboside and 50 mg pterostilbene), more than 75% of symptomatic participants reported improvements in hot flashes, bloating, and sleep.* The study showed
Basis increases NADPH, the cofactor required to convert estrone to the more potent estradiol. As study co-author Dr. Marie Migaud explains,
Basis safely increases NAD+ and NADPH to
“favor the reduction of estrone to estradiol, achieving a more natural approach to addressing symptoms.”

| The Strategist recently went inside the supplement stacks of their beauty and wellness editors—and
Basis made the cut. The editors said boosting NAD+ is a little like wearing sunscreen: you may not necessarily "feel" it working in the moment, but you definitely notice when it’s missing.
Basis works beneath the surface to support DNA maintenance and energy production. It’s not about a temporary jolt; it’s about maintaining your biological hardware so you stay resilient for the long haul.

QUOTE OF THE MONTH
|
|
Within 2 weeks, I could definitely see and feel an improvement. That doesn't happen often when taking a new supplement.
