Justin Ishbia is founder and managing partner of Shore Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm managing more than $17 billion in assets. Since founding Shore in 2009, he has grown the firm from four to more than 200 employees. Its portfolio represents more than 1,300 acquired companies, 2,000 locations and 40,000 employees. PitchBook ranks Shore as the world’s most active private equity firm by deal volume. Ishbia is a minority owner of the Chicago White Sox and serves as alternate governor of the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury and Nashville SC. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School.
