Each Fellow develops a project that applies what they've learned to create meaningful value for their organization and the broader Chicago community.

Is financial support available?
We are committed to reducing financial barriers and building a cohort that reflects a broad range of experiences, perspectives and backgrounds. A limited number of scholarships are available, and applicants may indicate their need for financial assistance as part of the application process.
