Hey none,
Something shifts in me every March. Not all at once, but I notice it in small ways, with the sunlight lasting a little longer, the urge to open the windows, and most of all, a sudden desire to move my body differently. I have been getting back into yoga this season, doing longer flows, making bigger movements, arms wide open, taking deep, big breaths. Spring encourages us to take up more space, and I am enthusiastically saying yes to that right now!
The kitchen shifts too. I have been making an herby salad almost every day that genuinely tastes like the season to me: arugula, flat-leaf parsley, dill, and green onion, dressed simply with a splash of Parasol, our citrus champagne vin, and a drizzle of our Basil and Lemon Olive Oils (in our Spring Flavor Duo). That combination, the brightness of the vinegar with the herbal sweetness of the oil, makes something that feels almost celebratory for a weeknight.
I have also been thinking a lot about the heart of the home lately, and what it means to tend to it with joy and delight. That feeling is behind something we are releasing on April 7 that I am genuinely so excited about. It involves one of my favorite fashion brands and I think it will make a really beautiful Mother's Day gift. Follow us on Instagram if you want to catch the first hint!
