On momentum, shedding, and what's coming

To me, now that we're past January...last month wasn't about bold declarations -- it was about steady movement.

In the Year of the Horse, progress comes from momentum: a consistent gallop forward, powered by trust rather than urgency. We’re also carrying the wisdom of the snake from 2025, with the reminder that growth requires shedding old layers, old habits, and old ways of doing things that once served us well.

That’s how we’re entering this year at Brightland: more focused and more intentional. And remembering that incredibly flavorful olive oil is why we exist.

This year, we are doubling down on our focus of crafting the very best tasting olive oil to bring flavor to every plate, and making it easy to discover our products and how to use them.

In that spirit, we introduced the Discovery Set, a 3-piece set intentionally focused on the clean, cold pressed 100% California extra virgin olive oils that our in-house experts blend for custom flavor profiles that enhance all the ways we cook.

Then, later this month, we’re releasing something brand new, quintessentially Californian, bright and seasonal.

It's bursting with flavor and designed to bring a little sunshine back into the kitchen.

For now, we keep moving forward steady, intentional, and full of care.
