Ellie here from Brightland’s marketing team, calling-in from the NYC blizzard.
If you're on the east coast right now, you already know. It's a full snow day out there.
I woke up this morning, looked outside, and immediately started pulling things out of the fridge for this short rib ragu by one of my favorite creators, Katie (aka @babytamago). It's making my whole house smell insane, and I have nowhere to be, so I'm letting it go all day.
The recipe calls for our Lucid Lemon Olive Oil in the gremolata, but I used our new Sumo Citrus Olive Oil instead. Sumo Citrus is in peak season right now, and there's something about that bright, sweet citrus cutting through all that slow-braised richness that almost makes me forget it's a blizzard outside, and I’m in warm and sunny California instead.
