Hi None,

This Mother's Day, skip the reservation and bring the restaurant home. We've put together a full brunch menu built around ingredients that do the heavy lifting for you.

The secret thread running through every dish? A really good olive oil of course. Quality olive oil is the quiet hero of a great meal.

Here's your menu:

Appetizer: Heirloom Tomato Galette with Mascarpone & Sumac Buttery, flaky pastry. Creamy mascarpone. Peak-season tomatoes. A hit of sumac for brightness, and a fruity olive oil to make tomatoes taste like TOMATOES! This is the kind of thing that makes people ask "you made this?" and you'll say yes, casually.

Main: Short Rib Ragù 'n Rigatoni Low and slow, rich and silky. Short ribs braised until they fall apart, tossed with rigatoni that catches every drop of the sauce. Comforting enough to feel indulgent, elegant enough for the occasion. The Lucid lemon olive oil adds a brightness that makes this dish work when the weather’s warm.

Dessert: Glazed Chocolate Olive Oil Cake Fudgy, moist, and surprisingly sophisticated. You want to replace your butter with a robust Olive Oil, which gives the cake a tender crumb and a depth of flavor that lingers. Recently, we’ve been subbing in a ¼ cup of Ardor chili olive oil in this recipe and have loved the warming, gentle kick that it brings.

Have a lovely weekend. It's time to log off and spend time with your loved ones.

Warmly,

Team Brightland
