International Women’s Day is one of my favorite days of the year. It gives me an excuse to say out loud what I’m always thinking.
Brightland is woman-founded, led and almost entirely women-run. I feel incredibly lucky to work alongside some of the smartest, most creative people I know who believe that quality, artistry and provenance all matter in crafting the best tasting (and most beautiful) olive oils, vinegars and honey we've ever tried. Little luxuries that live in our kitchens and we reach for every day. (We do have one man on our ops team. He is doing great. We love working with him.)
