We wanted to let you know that we’re updating our Terms and Privacy Policy. This is a legal notice, which is why you’re receiving it even if you’ve opted out of marketing communications.

Here are the main changes:

We made some updates to our Terms, including clarifying our informal and formal dispute resolution process, what goes to arbitration, how certain claims are organized and what your rights are with respect to each. These will apply to you unless you opt out in accordance with the Terms.
We updated our Privacy Policy to make it clearer and easier to read, including with respect to what data we collect and what it’s used for.
