Sidra here – founder and CEO of Atoms. This is the time of year when I like to pause and share a quick, honest update with our community as we wrap up the year.

If you’ve been with us for a while, thank you for walking alongside Atoms — for wearing our shoes through real life, noticing the details, and caring enough to share thoughtful feedback. And if this was your first year with us: welcome to Atoms! We’re really glad you found us.

This year was a true year of building…

One of the most meaningful moments this year was inviting our community to become owners of the brand. Seeing customers choose not just to buy our shoes, but to invest in what we’re building, reminded us why we do this – and who we’re building for.

On the product side, we made our core shoes better – comfort, materials, durability, and fit – and many of those improvements came directly from conversations with you. We also launched 8 new colors this year, including 3 water-repellent styles. We’ve loved seeing your early feedback on those and how you’re wearing them in everyday life.

We also learned in real time. We missed some delivery timelines, and we heard clearly when things didn’t meet expectations. That feedback mattered. It helped us adjust, refine, and recommit to our standards. We have some serious work to do in Q1 to keep building something that customers love and trust.

Our 2026 commitment is simple: 

Fewer launches, tighter quality control, and more reliable delivery – every product must meet our bar before it reaches you. Our values – thoughtfulness, simplicity, and hospitality, guide every decision, even when it means moving slower to do things right.

Atoms has always been a conversation. If something works for you, tell us. If it doesn’t, please tell us that too. Many of our best decisions start with customers who care enough to speak up.
